2010-2019 Ford Taurus (6th Generation) • 2015 SEL front subframe bushings

I have a 2015 3.5 SEL FWD that I bought about 3 yrs ago and have been chasing suspension problems ever since. After replacing all 6 control arms w/new bushings loaded, struts and pads/rotors/sway bar links in all 4 corners. New rear toe links, sway bar bushings (rear) I still have a knocking coming from

Front left/right wheels when going from drive to reverse and turning left or right. So I brought it in for a front subframe bushing replacement, and the shop pulled my current bushings, and they are about 1” larger in diameter than what the OEM bushings they ordered are. The shop is currently stumped and can’t figure out what’s going on with my front subframe. Can it be an SHO/interceptor subframe/bushings? I by would they be larger than the OE bushings?

Also, the current bushings have a part number on them that don’t bring up any ford parts or rock auto/aftermarket parts or anything. Just nothing. I really hope someone can help me with this..bc at this point I’m about ready have them throw a new subframe on all together, but I’d rather avoid paying $1450 for that if it’s not needed…I just need the correct subframe bushings for this car, or ones that match what’s on it currently bc the OEM ones aren’t..any help is appreciated. TIA
