I have a 2019 police interceptor sedan. When I purchased the vehicle there was no radio screen I replaced it with one out of a 2015 Interceptor sedan but the backup camera doesn't show up on the screen do I need a screen out of a sedan that had a backup camera or is there something I have turn on in computer system.
