My daughter has a Oct. built 2015 taurus with 140,000 on it. Her ptu is bad. I have seen posts that up to 2019 is backward compatible. I have found two 2017 ptu's. One from an explorer and the other from a taurus possible with the police package. The salvage say up to May 6 2015. And I was sure if the pp ptu could be used without the water system.
