On this week's adventure I dodged rain all day which is always fun!
To start things off I removed the front bumper cover and the bracket for the right side wrap-around pushbar section so that I could remove the passenger side headlight without losing my temper wrangling the thing in and out. The task was to re-pin a 9012 connector in place of the 9005 connector on the replacement headlight assembly. Unfortunately it was a wasted exercise because the 9012 bulb will not plug into the 9005 receiver. I'm not sure why I even thought my solution was going to work, but alas and here we are. I've pinned the 9005 connector back in place and re-installed the headlight assembly resigning that for now we'll just need to run the mis-match setup (9005 on R, 9012 on the L). Additionally I noticed the R H/L assy is black and the L H/L assy is grey... I'll need to go on the hunt for a headlight assy to fit another day.
At this point in the game I decided to go ahead and re-install the pushbar as well. During the pushbar fitting I zip tied the wire bundle that was fed through pushbar bracketry and tucked it all behind the bumper reinforcement to clean things up a little. Before shutting the lid to the engine compartment I got the airbox back together and PTU vent installed on my re-routed hose.
Once the pushbar was back on the car I went ahead and put some gearbox additive in the rear diff and put the car down on the ground (3 weeks on jackstands is enough punishment for the old girl). Once the wheels were torqued down I moved on to getting the divider fully removed and rear door latches/windows working like a civi car.

As I pulled the rear seat cushions out to start my job of installing a center seatbelt retractor and buckles the floodgates of heaven opened up and I resorted to tossing everything into the rear seat area and calling the day done.
